Following the successful launch of the HWA EVO, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive direct-to-consumer sales and build an international network of sales agents. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the high-performance automotive market, experience in selling luxury products, and a passion for fostering strong customer relationships.

  • Continue to develop and execute a sales strategy driving direct sales of the HWA EVO
  • Conducting meetings with new and existing end customers
  • Build and manage an international network of sales agents to expand market reach
  • Identify and target key consumer segments to maximize sales opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and sales partners
  • Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to refine sales tactics
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to articulate the unique selling points of both products and services
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align promotional sales efforts
 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, consumer technology, or luxury sectors
  • Track record of successful direct-to-consumer sales
  • Strong ability to recruit and manage a diverse network of sales agents
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to market dynamics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Passion for motorsports, high-performance vehicles, and engineering innovation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
